Question Green Tea Question

Has anyone heard good things about Green Tea and PCOS? I was reading online and some say Green Tea is good for you. I'm not sure if they are talking about tea bags or the already made green tea.

Also read apple cider is good for PCOS.

My research on this was that the green tea helps IR. I think it helps, and despite that comment, I don't drink enough! But I was drinking a whole teapot worth of it (about 2-3 cups) every day for a few months and I do think it helped with the sugar/carb cravings.

I should probably start again now that I think about it.

Green Tea is wonderful in that it is loaded with anti-oxidants.

But is it the already made kind or the tea bags? Because my dad bought a ton of bottles from Costco and it's diet green tea. Has no sugar and zero calories. It's actually quite delicious but will I get the same out of it as I would tea bags. I'm not a big tea bag fan. I'm not IR either. Wonder if it wpuld help other things as well

I'm not a big fan of diet drinks, because I avoid the fake sugars. But you can test it out on yourself and see if you feel any different.

When I drank it, it was from organic green tea bags. Although, I'll go non-organic, I'm not crazy about that.

Both, but... The strength of the tea matters more than who made it. Some premade teas are very weak, and others are as strong or stronger than you'd make yourself. With tea bags you have more control over the strength of the tea (and it's much, much cheaper, so you can drink more often).

How much is good, and how much is too much, isn't as clear. Because you do have to remember that green tea does contain caffeine, so drinking at bedtime may not be the best idea.
