Hello!!

I was told by someone on the Introduction board that I might want to make my way over here since I have PCOS.
I got on a real healthy kick starting in February and have lost about 22-24lbs(it goes up and down). It was my wake up call that if I do not lose the weight, then I might be sabotaging my own chance of having a baby.
I'm very overweight right now, by about 100 lbs. I come here for inspiration and to track my progress as I keep on this journey. I have cut out most sweets, and converted to whole foods/organic food. When I once ate a FULL bowl of ice cream for dessert, I know snack on frozen grapes. We use to eat fast food several times a week, and we do not eat drive thru at all anymore, infact, it doesn't even appeal to me anymore.
