Constant bleeding obviously as you know isn't good- so I wouldn't continue to allow yourself to bleed if you can help it. Don't give up on the new way of eating- the processed food isn't better- it must be helping but your body just has so many other issues.
Has the doctor tried putting you on birth control to help?
If you have insulin resistance try to limit your carb intake and concentrate on lean meats and lots of veggies, occasional fruit, nuts and avocado are okay, and also multigrains and whole grains. I stay away from anything that is white!

I talked to my Dr. and they had my up my meds to 4 pills a day and it seems to be working.
I got my results back and my endometirum is ridiculously thick so they are doing a biopsy. The Dr. doesn't think it's cancer and says its 'cos of the PCOS but she wants to be sure to rule out cancer first.
I've been staying away from sugar and all bad foods. I do have a little bit of whole grains during the day.. but definitely eating more and more veggies everyday. I am super proud of myself. The scale went back down to 203 from 205.4, so at least its moving in the right direction!
