need advice

hi everyone :)
I am going to see my bf after 3 months.I want to give him a big big surprise.I want to reduce 15 kg weight in 3 months and also improve my hair.I am 29yrs old,5'2'' and 74 kg now and obviously have pcos.Please suggest me how can i achieve my goal to be 60 kg by 31st december?any suggestion is welcomed.I want to add here i work full time and live with my parents and sisters.

I started South Beach Diet last Sunday and have gone down 6 lbs since then. My doctor recommended it- said she's heard it works wonders if you have PCOS. And I know me I'm NOT complaining! I plan on staying at phase 1 as long as possible! I bought the book for $4 on amazon (that's with shipping costs).
