Default Has anyone tried the Flat Belly Diet?
Hi all--sorry if this diet has been discussed before (I haven't logged on in quite awhile). In any case, I have been reading about the "Flat Belly Diet" which supposedly aims to help with reducing visceral fat and insulin resistance and colesterol levels. Before shelling out money for the book, I was hoping to hear if anyone has tried this and what they thought--I have tried just about everything else out there to no avail...thanks for any advice--I hope all is well with everyone! Thank you!!!

sorry, never heard about it. i think atkins or low carb is the way to go for PCOS
