Default Hi everyone!

I'm a newbie here... I have pcos, too. I know that makes me more prone to keeping the weight on, but I would like to over come that!
I am not insulin resistant, according to my doc. I'm not sure if I should be doing anything special about losing weight, with the pcos? All I know is its really really HARD to lose weight and keep it off!

Tips?

TIA!

Quick question...did your doc actually have you do a fasting blood-glucose test to rule out the insulin resistence?
