Default help

Hi ladies, it has been a while for many reasons. Right now I am having a problem getting back onto the WW program. I am in my second week and lost nothing last week. Not even a fraction of a pound. I stayed exactly the same. I hired a personal trainer for 6 months and only lost 5 pounds and 5 inches. I can't take much more of this. My doc even put me on weight loss pills that caused me to gain weight. Any ideas what I can do? I walk almost 2 miles eveyday, weight train and ab crunches. I rotate a low aroebic workout during the week also.......PCOS is getting worse. AHHH

Thanks for you help

I wish I had the answer for you, but I don't!
All I can advise is to stay on top of it, keep going to the doctor and if he or she isn't helping you enough, go to another one!
Don't stop exercising because it's good for you even if the pounds aren't coming off. And sometimes staying the same weight is a success in itself! If you tried your best and stayed the same, maybe you would have gained if you hadn't tried.
Are you on any meds? I'm not but lots of the girls here are on Metformin and have some success with that....
Keep your chin up! You'll find your personal secret recipe for weight loss as long as you keep trying.

My first question hon, is are you on any meds?

Don't stop the exercise, it's good for you even if the pounds are falling off like melted butter. (LOL)

Have you ever thought about measuring inches and not pounds?

If you ever need anything PM me!!
