Yay me!!

My first week weight in and I lost 6lbs! :carrot: That was with only 2 days of exercise. One long zoo trek pushing a 2 year old in a stroller all day and another day on the treadmill for 25 minutes. I am optimistic this could be THE diet for me.

And this is with a little cheating. We went out to eat on Friday night and I had salmon and green beans and carrots so I know the carbs were low but I am guessing the oils, spices, sauces weren't so great. I just skipped my nightly dessert.

I am not doing it to a T. It is hard for me to have the mid morning shake and I honestly have missed the dessert 4 out of 7 nights. I am just not hungry. But I give myself a little more lean/green at dinner. I usually have 5-6oz of protein and lots of veggies or side salad. I tend to snack on carrots/celery and roasted red pepper hummus when I need to munch mid afternoon.

My biggest temptations was a soft serve ice cream cone I got my 2 year old at the zoo. She couldn't finish half of it and handed it to me. UGH! But I threw it out. GASP! and that was after a few licks so it wouldn't drip all over the place. It was so tempting. I was proud of myself :D

Another was the warm bread brought to the dinner table on Friday night to keep the kids occupied at the restaurant. I was DYING!! WS must make a low carb warm bread, LOL!!

What I like: Hot Cakes and Oatmeal. Both are much more filling, higher in fiber and less calories than either cereal. The oatmeal MUST be cooked stovetop for me, the microwave was a disaster.

I think the shakes are much much better than the smoothies but then again I have never been a big fan of yogurt-based smoothies. I think it would be more tolerable if I blended it with some ice and maybe a few berries for my mid morning snack. Will have to try. Shake flavors I like: Chocolate, Chocomint and shocker Mocha (I hate coffee but love these!)

Spicy Pasta - AWESOME and filling. Veggie Joe - I messed up the time I made it, but it was just okay. Again, all of these taste 100% better when they are stove cooked so I will try that for Veggie Joe next time.

I haven't gotten to any soup yet. Some of the snack bars are WAAAAY too high in sugar. 12-14 grams a bar. I left those for my husband. The coconut and peanut butter (not crisp) have the lowest sugar and highest fiber. Both are pretty good.

Chocolate Cake - okay. Toffee and Butterscotch pudding were very good. I licked the bowl. :o

Pretzels were good. More like buttered crisps but decent for the amount of fiber and protein. A good in the car type snack or if you need munchies. My husband tried the sour cream and BBQ o's that are supposed to taste like chips. He said they were decent.

The ONLY downer is my husband lost 10lbs. :dizzy: Seriously. 10lbs in one week with ZERO exercise. I hate men!!!

Thanks for all the support here - hope I am on my way!!

A quick check in, things have been hectic here. I am down to 182, so another two pounds down.

I'm a little over half way through the food I bought, and am starting to trade some of the meal subs for mini-meals. I have been really tired feeling so I think the slightly higher carbs may help. If it stalls the weight loss I can always go back to the meal subs!

Kayecee 05-23-2012 07:45 PM

Hey y'all! Hope there's room for one more on board! :D

I made my first order last night. It shipped today and will be here by Friday. Can't wait! As soon as I get it, I'm starting. Until then, I'm trying to keep it under 1,400 calories and 100 carbs just to cut back a little in preparation.

Welcome Kayecee,

I love the ease of doing a pre-packaged diet system and WS products taste so much better than Nutrisystem :)

This is what I love too! I just grab a few packs for the day, then come home and make my chicken with salad. I have cheated only once with a few fries from the kids happy meal night and 3 spoonfuls of fried rice lol

But on a goodnight, Sunday night will be the end of my first 2 weeks (yes I reordered) and I have lost 13 pounds so far.

Keep up the good work everyone!

Heya everyone :-). I'm feeling tons better from the last time I wrote here to you guys. And I'm glad to say I'm holding steady with my weight loss. I gained a few back but they dropped off quickly when I cut some carbs for a few days. I ate some Chili lastnight for dinner. I'm glad I still have a few random things left from Wonderslim. I got a diet direct catalog in the mail and I think I will be ordering a few things that I loved eating - like the CHili, the veggi joe is amazing as well. I do so much better when I cut carbs from my diet than any other plan - especially when the carbs I cut a processed & wheat carbs.

Only 4 more days til I leave for Vegas! I'm so excited I can't stand it!!! My goal was to be under 200 lbs by Vegas, I'm only 12 lbs off so not too bad. At least I didn't miss it by 20+ lbs :-). I'm thinking about starting Insanity when I get back from my trip. I was trying to hold out until I got under 200 to start doing it, but since I'm so close anyway, and exercising will get weight off quicker...I might as well stop procrastinating it!

I hope everyone else is doing great, and congrats on the losses ladies and welcome to the newbies. I do read my daily emails with your updates even if I don't reply :-)

Hey everyone! I got my food yesterday! I ate my first meal about an hour and a half ago and I'm still full! :carrot:

I had the hot cakes and they were really very tasty and cooked up great. The only problem was that I used IHop's sugar free syrup and it had that nasty artificial sweetener afterbite. :( The good news is that I wasn't tempted by the waffles my mom made for everyone else one teensy bit... and I LOVE her waffles.

I did "cheat" and use a few teaspoons of creamer in my coffee too... I'm NOT going to give up my coffee and I can't stand it black. I tried a bit of vanilla almond milk in it yesterday and it's just not the same to me. :dizzy:

I do have a few questions...

1. I've seen some people comment that they add the water to the chili a few hours before actually cooking it and the texture is much better. I'm going to have the cheesesteak noodles for lunch later. Do I need to do that with ALL the entrees to make them taste better or will it make the noodles gummy from sitting in water too long?

2. What the heck do you do with the Vegetarian Joe? I saw several good comments about it, so I ordered that for my extra box when I was bumping up to the next discount level. Now that I have it in and am looking at the pic on the box close up, it looks... uhm... well... gross... like a can of Alpo plopped onto the plate. :( Not really sure if I'm supposed to pretend I'm eating a taco salad with it or eat it by itself like the other entrees or what...

3. Is it going to hurt if I DON'T eat all 7 of the meals each day? I'm looking at the snack bars and thinking that I don't really want that many carbs as compared to how few calories and nutrients it contains. I feel better when I cut out a lot of carbs and I'd LIKE to keep it under 100 for most days. I've plugged in what I plan to eat today at SparkPeople and I'm right at 1,000 calories and 90 grams of carbs without the snack bar. (If I don't eat the snack bar, I'll probably add something else to bump the calories up to 1200 and keep the carbs less than 100 so my body doesn't go into starvation mode.)

4. How much trouble is it to send items back? I really think I'd rather have something like the chicken and noodle soup in place of the bars each day. A lot less carbs and calories in that AND I think I'll get enough to satisfy my sweet tooth with the 3 shakes/smoothies and dessert each day.

5. Do I REALLY need the fruit? I'll eat it some days, but again, I think I'll get PLENTY of sweet things with everything else AND I'd rather cut the carbs. For my starch each day, I think I'll be adding a few tablespoons of flax seed to my shakes. That will give me the fiber I'll need AND my omega 3's AND a bit of fat all at once. (I am taking my multi-vitamin.)

Thanks.

Finny321 05-26-2012 05:07 PM

Lets see, :)

I do add water earlier to all the entrees, but in case of the noodle types, it does make the noodles mushy (which I like). Though for soups, I heat the water in a pot on the stove with some added veggies. After the veggies soften, I add the dry mix, whisk it in, then let it sit for five minutes or so.

I eat the vegetarian joe on lettuce, with some jalapenos, onion, and cheddar sprinkled on top.

I don't always eat all the meals, I do make sure I get at least 1200 calories a day though.

I also do not eat the starch or fruit daily, I tend to use more fat, protein, cheeses or oils; added to my main meal to bump my calories up.

Hi - I use Smuckers Sugar Free Blueberry Syrup. It is really sweet with no aftertaste. I barely use any at all but it is GOOOOD!

1. I think the soups might need this as I had a problem with it. The spicy pasta though does not. I have found that oatmeal, pastas, soups, and veggie joe taste much better if they are cooked stove top.

2. I agree with the veggie joe - alpo comment, LOL. I MUCH prefer the spicy pasta but I make the veggie joe and eat it over shredded lettuce with cut up tomatoes, peppers, a small amount of Kraft 2% shredded mexican cheese and a small handful of crumbled up baked tortilla chips. YUM!!!

3. I will never order the snack bars again. Too much sugar and not enough fiber. (Coconut and PB bars are the highest fiber/lowest sugar ones if you do get them though.) South Beach bars are cheaper, have the same fiber and protein and less sugar and calories. Although I honestly don't eat them unless I truly have to run somewhere and need something quick. The above Taco Salad lunch is my only lunch. I figure the extra calories from veggies and a few tortilla chips more than make up for it and it makes it feel like a meal for me.

4. Not sure - haven't returned anything yet. I do like the small pack munchies like O's and pretzels. They are good for on the go, TV watching etc... I rather do them than the soup personally. I wasn't a fan.

5. I do not eat the fruit. Rarely I do. I just prefer to eat a little extra here and there. I avoid all the fruit and starch options but I do marinade a lot of my dinners and add more veggies and sometimes do little cheats here and there. I rather have that extra calories for a few of my daughter's goldfish, LOL.

I am on Day 12 and am down 10lbs. :carrot:I have eaten at a few restaurants as well for dinner - wrapped a terriyaki chicken burger in lettuce with no may or cheese and sub the fries for broccoli. Salmon and mixed veggies another night. Very easy to still go out thankfully :Dand I am never hungry. I did have a big slice of pizza at my daughter's school picnic but no ice cream, no sides, no chips etc... I just skipped lunch/bar all together and only had one shake before dinner. I much prefer shifting things then staying on an exact schedule. I thought a cheat here and there would throw me off but the packets and shakes make it much easier to just get back on target and I don't feel deprived. I am finding this diet VERY easy. I know it won't melt off this quick in a few weeks and that is when my cheats will stop, I will exercise more etc... to step up the progress.

Good Luck!

Travelnurse74 05-26-2012 07:47 PM

Is anyone else's husband doing this diet with them?

My husband is and he is down 17lbs in 12 days and does not exercise a freakin lick. His pants are too loose already and needs to go down a size. I seriously can not believe how different he looks already. Face and belly slimmer. I am happy for him but darn MEN. I would LOVE to lose as quick as him.

Jaelini 05-27-2012 07:19 AM

It seems it is ALWAYS that way with men and weight loss Travelnurse...all my husband ever has to do to trim down a little (he's always been fit) is to cut out soda...*sigh* Stinks, but it is what it is :)

Kayecee 05-27-2012 11:18 AM

*runs through thread scraping tongue on carpet*

GAHHHHHH!!! After such a nice day on WonderSlim yesterday, I woke up this morning to my mom cooking eggs and bacon. No biggie. I swapped my oatmeal out for the WonderSlim "eggs" and added a couple of pieces of bacon to my plate.

I wound up drowning the "eggs" with salsa in order to choke some of them down. This is one item that WILL be going back! *shudder* :(

Kayecee 05-27-2012 11:49 AM

Thanks for all the answers and tips y'all! :D

Glad to see I'm not the only one with the thoughts of Alpo running through my head when I got a close-up look at the picture on that Vegetarian Joe box! LOL

I'm going to try it today on lettuce with some onions, tomatoes, cheddar, and salsa on top. My only problem is that it's not really going to seem like taco salad without tortilla chips, but I've only got 81 carbs scheduled for today, so I may splurge with a half dozen of them.

I WAS going to try the spicy pasta for lunch, but after the wretched "powdered cheese" experience with the eggs for breakfast, I decided a pseudo-taco salad sounded better. :D

I've decided to keep some of the bars for an occasional snack. I'll probably return some of them though and I'm DEFINITELY returning those "eggs." *shudder*

Finny... I think that's gonna be my approach... using WonderSlim to keep at 1,200 calories and less than 100 carbs per day. I surprised myself and did really well yesterday, but I am definitely going to tweak. The shakes weren't too bad, but they do have a sweetener afterbite. I'm going to add almond milk today to see if it cuts the taste down. (40 calories, 1 carb, 5 protein for 1 cup)

TravelNurse... congrats on the weight loss and I'll have to investigate the Smucker's syrup.

Has anyone tried the aspartame free shakes? Do they taste better? Worse?

Finny321 05-27-2012 12:05 PM

I have the aspartame shakes, but no regular, so I can't compare. they are good though. I have a few things (puddings and stuff) with aspartame, they definitely have a more pronounced aftertaste.

Yeah, the eggs were terrible. I ended up using them up by adding a tablespoon of flax seed to the mix, just enough water to make a batter, and cooking them in the waffle maker as a savory bread. One whole egg, plus an egg white, makes just as good of a scramble egg for comparable calories.

Kayecee 05-27-2012 12:18 PM

Finny... thanks for the shake info... I think I'll order the aspartame-free ones on my next order...

And I was thinking the exact same thing about the eggs... I've still got to try the oatmeal and cereal, but right now, I'm betting that the pancakes are going to be my favorite....

Finny321 05-27-2012 01:39 PM

I did not like the oatmeal or the WS cereals. I do like the Kay's brand cereals though. I love the pancakes!

Kayecee 05-27-2012 02:31 PM

I just had the chocomint shake... I added a cup of unsweetened almond milk and a tablespoon of flax seed meal to it before I mixed it in the blender with a bit of ice.... those two items did the trick... the afterbite isn't nearly as strong... it was YUMMERS so I'm not going to bother sending back any of these shakes so far...

I'm just leery of the vanilla shakes.... haven't tried them yet... I'll probably have it in the morning... I didn't order the strawberry because I saw so many negative comments about it... glad I didn't because the strawberry smoothie wasn't my favorite and it was supposed to be a lot better... I'm going to add frozen strawberries to it next time...

I haven't tried any yet, but the cereal servings are TEENY... I may save them for a dry, crunchy snack if they're any good and don't keep me full... I'll try the oatmeal in the morning...

Travelnurse74 05-29-2012 11:32 PM

I just ordered the Kay's cereals - hoping they are a little better. I find the oatmeal and pancakes much more filling than the WS cereal.

I kept my same weight all weekend long which is a positive because I cheated some, not with food really but wine, but it was nice to chill out. I went to multiple BBQ's and was pretty good for the most part. It was really hard to get back on track today though. Hoping tomorrow will be a little easier.

Hope you all had a great weight loss filled Memorial Day weekend!

Kayecee 05-30-2012 12:18 AM

I wasn't horrible, but I didn't stay completely on plan yesterday either... I was thrilled this morning to only gain 0.2 from the festivities. <-- sorry... I've always been a daily weigher

I had the cereal with 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk this morning... I was surprised that I liked it... satisfied my cereal need for something crunchy and sweet... and I honestly couldn't really tell that the almond milk wasn't cow's milk as long as I ate it blended in with the cereal.... I was tempted to have another bowl instead of the chocolate cake tonight, but I went ahead with the cake... I let it cool and it wasn't half bad either...

I'm going to exchange some things, so I'll let you guys know if it goes smoothly... with the expense of this stuff and the fact that I KNOW I'll ditch the program when I run out of "good stuff," I just can't justify keeping some of it....

I'm exchanging the cheesecake, smoothies, vanilla shakes, and those horrid, horrid, horrid, "eggs"... *shudder* I'm not tempted to eat the bars one bit, so I may ditch those too...

So far, I love the pancakes, cereal, spicy pasta, and the chocolate/mocha/chocomint shakes.... the beef steak pasta, chili, oatmeal and chocolate cake are pretty good too...

I was disappointed that I hated the cheesecake... it just tasted like a loose pudding to me... I have two boxes, so I'm going to try a pack from the other box since I can open one from each box... this time, I'm going to add just a little bit less liquid and I'm going to use almond milk instead of water to see if that helps....

Aside from the bars, I "think" the only thing I haven't tried is the Vegetarian Joe... just been too lazy to prepare all of the lettuce, tomatoes, etc to go with it.... LOL

nwgirlstuckinfl 05-30-2012 08:54 AM

Newbie here! :) excited to get my package today! I Plan on posting regularly with updates! Hope to get to know y'all! I've been scanning these forums for awhile!

Finny321 05-30-2012 12:13 PM

For the cheesecake mixes, I add extra water and sugarfree cherry syrup to it to make cherry cheesecake shakes. Check your water measure too, I made the mistake of adding too much the first time, it only calls for 2 oz of water.

I didn't like the chocolate cake, so I make it into pancakes, and eat them with a drizzle of sugar free chocolate sauce.

Kayecee 05-30-2012 03:29 PM

Welcome nwgirlstuckinfl! :)

Finny... Did you use the full 8 oz of water to make the cheesecake shake? I really don't think I'm going to like the cheesecake as a cheesecake because of the texture.... just not dense enough... and I made sure I used 2 oz because I like thick cheesecake.... but a cheesecake shake might be plausible...

I'm going to make an order from Walden Farms... a lot of their products are 0 calories 0 carbs... I love the honey mustard dressing they have... they have a chocolate syrup that my friend swears by, but they don't have it in any local shops that I've seen.... I'm betting the chocolate syrup will be great on top of the chocolate cake....

And I am COMPLETELY enamored with the Chocomint shakes! <3

nwgirlstuckinfl 05-30-2012 04:20 PM

Thanks Kaycee!:carrot: Well, I just got my order and a little disappointed. My free samples were lemonades (and both) packages were torn to bits. I couldn't believe it. All the product was wasted. I know it was free, but seriously, who package that stuff? :( Also, does anyone know if this product is exactly the same product as the new lifestyle diet? It is exactly the same packaging. I lost 15 lbs. two years ago on that program. Other than that, the other disappointing part with my order is all the bars are melted. You can feel it through the wrapper. Ugh.... Not sure if I will re-order, but I will atleast get through my two weeks of food. Anyway, continued blessings to you all on your weightloss'.
:D

nwgirlstuckinfl 05-30-2012 04:27 PM

Positive Thoughts. :)

On a sidenote: @ Kaycee: I love your quote at the end of your posts. I'm going to live by that today and be positive. I can live with the melted bars. I put them in the fridge. I will stay positive and hopefully I will get this weight off and stay on this program. Positive thoughts. :) Thanks everyone. :carrot::)
pS- DOES anyone know how I can get my profile pic to be on a thumbnail like all of your (posts)... I posted a profile pic, but it doesn't go to the thumbnail part. Maybe I have to be a member for awhile before it does?

Kayecee 05-30-2012 04:43 PM

nwgirlstuckinfl... call customer service... tell them about the melted bars and the torn packages... offer to email them pics... from what I've seen, they try to meet customer needs... with proof by pictures, they may offer to take care of it somehow... especially if they think they may lose a customer...

Finny321 05-30-2012 04:51 PM

I use 4-5 oz of water, a couple of ice cubes, and about 2 tbs of sugarfree syrup to make the cheesecake shake.

And yes, I do believe it is the same product as New Lifestyle. You can also look at Nashua Nutrition and My Diet Shopz for similar products. Nashua has chocolate soy balls that are delicious for a chocolate snack fix!

Check to see if you are using the avatar or profile picture in the user control panel, you want the avatar for a picture by your posts.

Kayecee 05-30-2012 05:06 PM

nwgirlstuckinfl.... and my free sample was a drink mix too...

BTW the bars felt slightly soft to me as well... are you sure they melted? Maybe it's their regular texture?

Finny... thanks... I'll try the cheesecake as a shake tonight to see if it's any better... :D

Oh, and thanks for the Vegetarian Joe tips everyone! Finally got off my butt and made "taco salad" for lunch... I plopped it on shredded lettuce and topped it with a couple of tablespoons of salsa and sour cream... yummy! :carrot:

Is it just me, or does your appetite shrink with this? I skip the bars all together and lay out 6 WS meals per day... I don't think I've been able to eat all 6 packs in one day though...

don't get me wrong... I don't follow the diet plan exactly.... I've used the WonderSlim to EASILY kept my calories around 1,200 and carbs less than 100 for most days, so I'm not freaking out my metabolism and making it think that I'm starving.... but I can tell ya that I've NEVER had a diet that has been as easy to keep within my target range.... not sure if my mindset is just right like it was after the divorce or if the WS is killing my appetite because of the protein and low carbs...

It's like most of my carb/sweet cravings have disappeared... I may or may not eat dessert at night now... before? I would have leaped over a river of crocodiles for a scoop of ice cream after dinner... :dizzy:

nwgirlstuckinfl 05-30-2012 05:08 PM

Thank you Kaycee and finny321! ;) this is a great forum! ;))))

nwgirlstuckinfl 05-31-2012 07:32 AM

First morning on diet. Feeling positive.

Having my first breakfast on diet and the oatmeal is yummy! I will order more of those. I will be doing this diet like the Medifast 5 and 1 plan. It's easier for me and just takes the thinking of dieting out. It's just 5 meals and 1 lean and green. I did this same method with Newlifestyle diet and had lost fifteen pounds a few years back. This time, I'm determined to get to goal weight! :) Have a great day everyone.:dizzy:

Kayecee 05-31-2012 10:46 AM

I had the oatmeal this morning too... this time, I added a little extra water, 1/2 of a finely chopped small apple and an extra dash of cinnamon to it.... MUCH better.... :D

nwgirlstuckinfl 05-31-2012 11:39 AM

@ Kaycee: That is an awesome recommendation. I am going to do that tomorrow.:) I added a little cinnamon this morning, and it was great! Usually, by the time I eat breakfast, I am famished by lunch. I need to work hard to get the eating of every 2 1/2 hours part. My problem with my weight on me is it comes from not snacking, but just wrong eating choices and my sugar tooth. :( But, I am so surprised because I ate early in the morning 7 ish... and it's now 11:30 a.m. and I am still full. I am now not needing to, but trying to be good in eating at right times, eating the spicy pasta dish. Oh, yummers! It's soooo good. I added a little onion powder and paprika and cooked it over the stove. It's delish. I really love it and it's filling me up and taking me a long time to eat. NOw, I am thinking that maybe the NLSD (new lifestyle diet) and wonderslim are not exactly the same because I don't remember the food being this great on NLSD. Anyway, I am super happy and I know it's jut the first day, but I'm going be super positive and make this goal. :) Have a great day everyone! :):hug:

Kayecee 05-31-2012 11:58 AM

Honestly? By the time night comes, I'm not really in the mood for the dessert... I started last Saturday, and I think I've had 1 of the chocolate cake and 1 of the cheesecake. (wasn't in the mood for a cheesecake shake last night, so I didn't try my 2nd package like I planned) I have also NOT been tempted by the bars. I've had 1. I love the shakes and I think they are keeping my sweet cravings in check.

Kayecee 05-31-2012 02:15 PM

Ok... so the fat free cream cheese was just sitting there in the fridge... it was staring a hole through me.... stalking, really... 30 calories, 2 carbs for 2 Tbsp... hmmmmm...

Soooo... I scooped out 2 T, whipped it really well in a small bowl, added my cheesecake mix and water, a touch of splenda.... whipped until it was smooth.... popped it in the fridge for a while... BAM! Cheesecake!

I think it will be fine with only 1 Tbsp next time... just a little too thick with the whole 2 Tbsp, but the consistency was much better than the loose, smooshy stuff I had last time... :D

@ Kaycee: Ooooooh, that cheese cake sounds delich! ;) I'll have to order some. What is T-tapp order? ;) So, I'm excited for this journey and being in control with food. I've been in control many times, but wow is it easy to get out of control so this diet is what is going to work for me. First day so far as gone great. It's almost 9:30 p.m. and I still have one more WS product to use? I'm not hungry at all, but I don't want to eat really low calories and mess up my metabo, so I will proceed and probably eat a dessert. I feel really good. I was only hungry around 6:00 p.m. and ate my lean and green and felt great. If everyday is like this then there is no way I'm not reaching my goal this time. Yippee...................I've been scrolling these boards for awhile all the way from the first thread (back in 2010), where I read one of the gals at the time writing that she was just about to order her 12 week kit for 400 dollars. Wow, have their prices skyrocketed since then, lol. :) Anyway, feeling great. MY goal is to post at least once a day (hahahah, three times today because I was so excited), to keep me accountable to all of you out there. It's great to have this forum. From the begininning you can see everyone always supportive of each other. So, here's to this forum. On a sidenote: I've never been on 3 chicks on a diet, but wow they were formed in 1997 and looks like they never came into the technology age. lol. It's very archaic to get through searches, but hey no complaints as I am grateful that this forum is still around. Any hoot, goodnight all.:dust:

*sigh* Son had knee surgery today... it went well, but you know how it is... mommy stress cuz of a sick baby and worry about him going under anesthesia.... :(

Ok... "baby" is 18 and over 6' 3" but he's still my baby boy..... :D

2 boiled eggs and coffee for breakfast, then it all went to pot.... McDonald's chicken sandwich (a billion calories/carbs), ice cream (two billion calories/carbs), and tonight's dinner was a Sonic breakfast burrito...

On a brighter note, nothing else today... just those 5 items, so it could have been MUCH worse... and no soft drinks... I drank water only... still... *sigh*

*trudges off*
