Default Nutrisystem ADVANCED???

I'm seriously thinking about using this to lose weight. I read the homepage article of 3fatchicks review of Nutrisystem before they added advanced and was a little worried about trying it then because of what they had to say about the taste.

I was wondering from the people who've tried Nutrisystem and Nutrisystem advanced what'd they think of the food?

Which entres you did or didn't like and why?

Does it require any grocery shopping at all for the advanced nutrisystem since I think the one before asked that you add meat and veggies?

Anything helps

thanks

NS will work if you work the program. You have to put forth the effort fully to get results. The nice thing about NS is that you learn what portion sizes really are (and they are small!!!).
You do need to add your own foods.
With your breakfast entree, you need a protein/dairy serving and a fruit serving.
With lunch entree you need your salad serving (or other cooked veggies), plus a protein serving.
For your afternoon snack, you add your own fruit and protein/dairy serving

With the dinner entree you get 2 servings of veggies and a salad (or fruit in place of the salad), plus a fat serving (50 calories and 5 grams of fat).

Then your evening snack is your NS snack/dessert item.

You can mix up when you eat your foods during the day, but you must eat everything. You can't just eat the NS food by itself, as it isn't enough calories for a day.

I don't necessarily like to give my opinions on the food as much, because an entree I can't stand is one that another person loves, and vice versa. My suggestion is to try everything once and then winnow out those foods you don't like.
I have my autoship set up now to only include what I know that I like. There have been a couple new foods that have come out, or been reformulated with the Advanced version, so I will try those just to see.

I just ordered a month of this and I am hoping I like it and get some results. I was going to order another food delivery plan but it was more expensive and I had not heard as many good things about the results, in the end thats what I care about RESULTS! I will make sure to report back and let you know how I like the plan.
