Jane, from what I heard in meeting, the grey sheet used to be used, but is no longer specifically recommended. In our meetings, they say to take it slowly. Start with eating only 3 meals a day, no snacking in between. Then try taking away sugar. Eventually, take away flour. Still, OA doesn't specifically recommend one plan over another anymore.
