Hi everyone,
I'm new here. Not new to overeating or binge eating though. I'm in that vicious cycle of dieting myself bigger.
About a year ago I had a breakdown then was diagnosed with depression.
Sigh.
I've read a few posts so far and believe this is a good place for me to be.
I'm going back to read some more.

I've suffered from it for many years, and can relate. Hang in there, and know that we're here for you. 

I do find it easier if I keep some substances out of my body, like alot of sugar.
