Hi, all. This is my first post here. I am severely lacking motivation and discipline and hoping to gain some insight and drive. My diet is poor and I have gained roughly 60 pounds in 4 years. I just don't know where to start or how to say no or what to do... I am feeling helpless. I hate being such a whiner and feeling out of control but when it comes to my weight and eating, that's how it is.
My husband is overweight, too. He tries to get my motivated and tries to help, but I know this is all within myself.
But how?
Help.
