Hello and welcome. Sounds like you might find some people with your experiences here. I can't give you input on re-hab, but I can tell you that I have often found it easier to stick to a plan when on vacation, and then when I get back to my horribly stressful business I dive back into the destructive compulsive behavior. The beauty of 12 step programs are that they have us deal just with today, over and over again, building on our success so to speak.
