Hi Just found this fab site last night, I need to do something about weight,
the bmi said that I was obese, I look like a pregnant cow. I just love to eat.
that is all I think about, i used to love to read but know all i think about is what I am going to put into my mouth next.

For the first time in my life I am wearing plus size clothing.

I need all the help and advice that I can get.

Ladybug, turn that upside down you taken the first step and reached out for help. Good for you!

I too am in plus size for the first time in my life and doing ok with as I'm doing the OA program to the best of my ability today and know in God's time the weight will come off.

Do you have an OA meeting near you? If so that's the next step I would take is to attend as many as you can and if you decide you are one of us ask someone that has what you want to be your sponsor.
