just wanted to share something I learned at my f2f this week...at the close of the meeting we say "keep coming back, it works if you work it and you give a lot of love" someone shared another way of saying this closing: "keeping coming back, it works if you work and you are worth it!" this is so powerful to me...I have difficulty spending time (and/or money) on me...I tend to put everyone else first and spend a lot of time wallowing self-pity.
