I just received my 30 day chip for 30 days of abstinence. I am so proud of myself!
I am really happy that I found this OA progam. I never thought that I could go 3 days without sugar let alone 30 days. I could not have done this without OA and the tools that I am learning to use. It has not been easy. It has been so helpful to have other OA members to talk to, I call other members daily so that I can make it through the tough times. I have been reading OA materials and journaling, walking, praying and I have a sponsor. I feel like my life has changed a lot in the past month andit is all for the better.
I just wanted to share that I have found help with this program and I am so grateful.
You rock! Yahoo!! 30 Days! You have surrendered completely to this program, and that means that you had to let go of a lot of control. You are a miracle in action.
