Hi All,

My name is Mysti and I am 43 years old. I am starting a whole lot of firsts tomorrow and figured I could use a bit of help with it. I did Keto a few years ago, and lost about 70 pounds, but do a lot of crap, my father dying, moving, starting a job at a new place I just couldn't be bothered to do anything else.

I finally quit my horrible job and start a new one tomorrow and I am wanting to start back on Keto. I do Keto on a budget and keep my macros and calories on point. Just wondering how man other's here do Keto. I didn't see a sub forum for it other than this one.

Good luck on your journey. I have heard a lot of positive things about the keto diet. However, I know its important to eat the right kind of fats, as I found out the hard way when I first started. I was silly and ate of more of the unhealthy fats like fried food, and fatty chips. Keto only works when extremely clean.

Combining some natural methods in my routine also helped.
