Default Whole30 Plan

If you are following Whole30 plan, this is a place for you to stay accountable, and exchange ideas, talk about your process.

I hope I won't be talking to myself

I just found this plan, and I am learning about it.

Today's meal plan;

Bfast ~ Broccoli Spinach Frittata with Caramelized Onions
Lunch ~ Beef and “Rice” Stuffed Zucchini
Dinner ~ Salmon with avocado salsa

sounds like lovely food.

I have finished my whole 30 and found I really looked forward to the meals and it was great fun.

I lost 5 pounds on it so considering I was 100% paleo before then with no baked goods it was a good result.

I have just started the paleo diet and am loving it so far! I'm feeling better in general if that makes sense. Not feeling as tired and bogged down (besides the results of having a 3 month old and a toddler!). I have been allowing Slimfast in the morning with almond milk but everything else has been 100% paleo. So far I am down like 3 pounds and tomorrow is the end of week 1. So, that being said todays meals are:
Breakfast: Slimfast with Almond Milk
Lunch: Tunafish with mixed veggies
Dinner: Seasoned Beef stirfry with broccoli, carrots, and green beans.

Yum!

I did whole 30 in August. I lost 12 pounds. I switched to paleo and don't do the Keto sticks or anything but since September down total 38 lbs. I feel this is the easiest plan I have been on and granted this month is a bit tougher with all the sugar around I am still sticking with it.

Hello all!

I will start Whole30 tomorrow! Got a whole bunch of delicious, good food: wild salmon & tuna, blueberries, pears, apples, almond milk (carrageenan-free, ha!), pasture-raised & organic eggs, chuck beef for Whole30 beef stew...

I was trying Medifast but I just couldn't eat any more food out of foil packets

What are your favorite Whole30 recipe sites?
