Default Zero Carb/Low Carb Alternating Plan

I've decided to give this Plan a try.

Basically you eat Zero Carbs every other day and then Low Carb Every other day.

I welcome anyone wanting to try this with me. I have been researching all the great results with Zero Carb, but I real get sick of doing that every day.
So it will be nice to add a salad and avocado and other healthy low carb foods for my Low Carb days. Including the delicious Low Carb desserts.

Since I started this I've went from 186 to 182. That was a few days ago.

But for the sake of this thread, my starting point is today at

182.

Today is a low carb day.
I've had PB
turkey burger with cheese
salad
pumpkin seeds
cheese
steak
more chees
more pumpkin seeds

I'm doing very low carb, not zero carb though. I am here to offer support to you though. I try and stay below 15g a day, basically a sustained induction or ketogenic diet.

Hi Glitter,

Thank you!

Basically I'm just getting used to this new style. I got really sleepy yesterday and sleep really good, which I've been a shallow sleeper lately, so that felt good..

I did my zero carb day great the day before, but as soon as my lowcarb zone started I plunged into some PB and had a LC cheesecake. So I'm going to plan ahead for my low carb days so I don't overdo.

I have lost a another pound. I am not counting my carbs yet on the low carb days. I need to get used to this first, then I'd like to keep them around 20.

What does a typical menu look like for you Glitter?

Yesterday went well.
I had turkey and eggs as I wanted them.

I will weigh in on Tuesdays. Since I'm alternating the zero carb with the low carb, I realize their will be fluctuations like on Judd.

Well I've been doing pretty good, but not exactly sticking to my alternating of zero and low carb days. I also put Half and Half in my coffee so that isn't exactly zero carb, although the world of ZCarbers have proclaimed dairy is ok. I'm just gonna stick with it for now. Some cheeses have a carb so my half and half is ok too.

I'm feeling a lot better with this woe.

I will report my weight on Tuesday, but I have peeked and am not really losing as fast as I would have thought, considering I'm not cheating. I am hoping it is all just on the verge of a giant whooooosh!
