Thats what I have found too, not too many people talking about it since its older.
I have been doing the zone ratio or close to that for the last week and i also have always felt good on this plan in the past. Thx for responding, its good to hear others experiences. Sometimes instead of the 40:30:30, the past couple days its been more even across the board because Im doing a little more protein but for the most part thats what Im doing too.
