I see a lot of you are doing IP or Atkins. I was wondering if anyone does or has done Protein Power as their low carb diet?
I have been keeping my carbs fairly low but when I came across this plan it made a lot of sense for me. I have a hard time doing the induction phase of Atkins. Gives me headaches and I'm a mega *****! I was trying to keep my carbs between 40 - 60 net grams a day. Now that I've looked at this plan I'm going to drop them to 20 -40 net carbs a day.
Any thoughts?
