My journey
Hi everyone!
I´m new in this community but I´ve read from time to time. I just want to share my trip down fatty lane. And please bare with me, I´m from sweden :D I started with a 10 day waterfast because I needed to restart my compulsive eating body... I lost 7 kg! And today is my first day on eggmilk (coconutfat? 1 egg, and 3 dl boiling water. Pour the water on the egg and fat while you are mixing it) I will drink this until my cigarettes are finished and then I´, going LowCarbHighFat all the way! :) It´s acrually amazing how much I´ve lost... I cannot get it into my brain just yet.. But I´ll get there :D Oh and by the way! My name is Veronica and I make jewellery! and of course, I love my ratties :D |

So, after my first day on the eggmilk I´ve lost 1.1kg!!! Can you belive it? My tummy is messing with me tough... I got some nausea and... well liquid in liquid... you get the idea..
But I´m sticking to it 1.1 kg is 2.2 lb :) |
So day 2 of eggmilking it.. Just lost 0.44lb but somewhere I still think it´s ok. I have a cold though. Tired and not on top right now. I dream about eating solids again... I have a craving that is in my head 24/7.. Cheeseburger without the buns an meltet cheese on top... And you know what? I it allowed in lchf!

Ok, todays first eggmilk made me sick... My tummy cannot take liquids anymore så I will start on eggs with butter to dinner. Slowly I will get back to solids.
