How Does This Look?

    How does that look for just breakfast, lunch and 2 snacks? I did it with an online calculator, so its not EXACT since it didn't have some of the brands I eat, so I had to use what the calculator had, so I just tried to use foods that seemed to have the same nutrition as what I eat. I just wanted a rough estimate.
  • Well, it all depends on a couple of things... what you're eating and what your calorie allowance is for the day.

    Your fat looks good so far, as long as you keep the total amount under 30%. Carbs are a little high, though. Not that carbs are bad, but I balance carbs as well as fat and calories and try to keep it under 100, if I can. Mostly because carby stuff is higher in calories (along with fat) and the less carby stuff I ingest, the more food overall I can eat. My carbs are usually between 95 and 110.
