Hi all --
I am looking for ways to incorporate more plain nonfat yogurt into my diet. I know it's a great source of protein, calcium and live cultures, but I hate the way it tastes. Right now I'm eating with blueberries, cinnamon, nutmeg and Splenda. Sometimes I mix it with cooked apples, cinnamon, walnuts and Splenda. Does anybody have any other suggestions for ways to use it?

I use plain nonfat yogurt as the base for homemade salad dressings. Just add a little lemon and whatever herbs and spices you like.
