How many carbs?

  • How many carbs should I have in one day?
  • I'm gonna quick answer what I do personally and then go and try to find where I learned it. I'd be betting on the Ladies Who Lift forums and the Body for Life site.
    I try for 40% of calories from protein
    40% from carbs
    20% from fats

    I did say try yesterday was 32/50/18, total cals 1757 so that was 239 gms of carbs.

  • I do ROUGHLY 50% carbohydrate, 25% protein, 25% fat. I'm not a stickler, but that's about the average.
