SF or FF Fudgesicles. 45 calories per chocolately indulgence. Works for both chocolate and ice cream cravings, and especially well for chocolate ice cream cravings.
Also, I buy bags of mini Snickers or Hersheys, then put them in the freezer and take only 1 to work with me, since my chocolate craving time is mid-afternoon. If your cravings come late evening, leave them at work and only take 1 home. Or give them to a significant other or best buddy or workout partner to dole out. For the mini Snickers (not fun-size, those are about 100 calories each), 2 of them have about 45-50 cals, and the mini Hersheys are around 50 calories each too. Or Hershey kisses, but I don't know their calorie count or how many to have (though I'd guess just 1 or 2). I have to have nuts or nuget or something besides plain chocolate.
Cool Whip Free is good too, if you like eating cool whip. Give me some nice juicy strawberries and some cool whip free and I am a happy girl! Actually, that works with just about any fruit. Grapes, bananas, nectarines, any berries, cherries, whatever you like. And if you want to get really fancy, mix a little FF vanilla- or fruit-flavored yogurt with the cool whip and make a yummy dip.
OH, and I second the pudding cups vote! They work great, if you like pudding. Sometimes they do fine for me, at other times my tummy says, "I don't want pudding. If you give me pudding I will still want something else, so you might as well skip the pudding in the first place and save the calories."

See, sometimes my tummy gives me decent advice sometimes.
Yeah, so I find lots of little treats. If I couldn't have *something,* I could never commit to losing a single pound. And the reason I lost any weight at all was that I found I could count calories and still eat foods I like. Major epiphany for me.
I'd love to hear some other ideas too!
