Default tracking nutrients and calories - online options

I wonder if anyone has a preference for online nutrient and calorie tracking tools? I have been experimenting with three (FitDay, DailyPlate, and SparkPeople) and have likes and dislikes for each, and am interested in others' thoughts.

FitDay was the first program I used. I signed up nearly five years ago, when I made the first attempt to lose this weight. I like all the tools, such as tracking macro nutrients as well as vitamins and minerals. What I don't like is the weird (to me, anyway) food database. Pretty much everything I eat is a custom food and it was kind of a hassle to add everything then. Now that I have somewhat revamped my eating, I don't want to do that again. Lazy, I guess.

So I signed up with the DailyPlate a couple of weeks ago. I like that just about everything I eat is already in the database and I haven't had to manually enter anything yet. I like the graph that shows the percentage of fat, protein, and carbs. And I like that each food also shows sodium and sugars, two things I watch. What I don't like is the automatic nutritional "goal" of 60% carbs, 30% fat, and 10% protein. To change this requires a paid subscription. Other things, such as tracking vitamins and minerals, also requires a paid subscription.

Yesterday I signed up for SparkPeople and my first impression is that the website looks visually cluttered. The food database, in my opinion, is better than FitDay but not as good as the DailyPlate. I do like that you can set your own nutritional goals. Having only been using it for one day, I haven't really seen what else I can do, but the visual clutter kind of turns me off.

So if anyone has any thoughts about these sites, or other sites, I am extremely interested in hearing them.
