I love love love blueberries! I usually put them on my cereal or in cottage cheese. I read an article recently in
Cooks Illustrated (which is definitely NOT low-cal food

) about blueberry pancakes. Ignoring their pancake recipe, I did pick up the tip that if you don't want purplish-gray pancakes, you should drop the berries onto the batter after it's in the pan. That way the berries stay whole and the pancakes are more attractive (if any of you eat pancakes! Maybe your families do though.)
