Hi everyone on WW!
I am pretty new to the WW plan. I'm on my second week of WW/Flex. I was wondering if any of you use your weekly flex points or not use them? If you do use them, do you lose more weight, or vice versa. The reason I ask is because last week I used half of the allotted flex points and lost 2.5 pounds in a week. This week I've felt hungrier than last week, and have used more of the flex points. I am wondering if I'll still lose weight, or gain weight if I use them. I know they are there for a reason, but right now I'm just trying out what works best. I'd love to hear from any of you that have been on the plan for awhile and have experience with what works for them. Thanks!
