I've been on the plan officially for about two weeks now and I have also had some trouble squeezing in all of my points on some days. Often I get home at night and realize I have 28 or more points left for dinner. My husband and I are both eating healthier, so we generally don't eat anything that will get me to that limit.
It was mentioned above, but my WW leader also suggested using higher calorie items such as salad dressing and mayonnaise for now. That way I get in more points, but I don't feel like something's been taken away when my point value starts to decline.
