Been on WW for about 8 weeks now and I find that day by day i'm getting better at this. I have 22 pts per day and i'm balancing it really well. I took the ladies' advice and eat half my points for breakfast, lunch and snacks. The other half I save for dinner with a light after dinner snack before I go to bed! This seems to be working well for me so far!
