I have been stuck on WW lately and not losing any weight. I know part of it is chocolate. I plan to just have 3 Hershey Dark Chocolate Kisses a day, but it frequently ends up being 6 or 7 and I don't always count the points.
So, for the last 3 days I have had no chocolate.
I have had cocoa roasted almonds and sugar free jello pudding that is chocolate. But not one Hershey's Kiss or even a Tootsie Roll. I am hoping this will help me get the scale moving again.
