I've been AWOL from the forum since the end of October; I had a weigh in November 7 before having *ahem* a few weeks off.

I walked into the meeting on Friday and yikes! Everything was different: the desks had been changed around, the scales were in a different place, AND there was a new plan. Well. I didn't have time to stay after the meeting to hear all the details, but the discussion here has been very enlightening. Thanks to everyone who's taken the time and trouble to put it all down in writing.

I'm back, with enthusiasm!

Welcome back! I am going to have to catch up with the new plan stuff after I have the baby. Everyone else is going to be an expert!

Right now (on Week 4 of the new plan) things aren't too different. Mostly just that they added in the filling foods as a way to incorporate the Core Plan with the Flex Plan. Little changes here and there, but it's not as though we've stopped counting points and started counting bloints or something strange.

It's not bad. You'll be back up to speed in no time.

I'm loving the new momentum plan! Hope you enjoy it.

I agree with Faerie - It's not too different. Just reinvigorated a little. I really enjoy it, partly because everyone at my meeting is just buzzing with enthusiasm over the changes, and that enthusiasm is totally infectious!
