What modkittn said, however with the new program there is more of a focus on stopping when you feel full and using Core strategies to determine your needs. If you felt satisfied and energetic using -3 points I wouldn't worry about it too much, but I also wouldn't make a habit of it. Did you meet your Healthy Guidelines? If not, you could consider adding in a glass of skim milk for dairy, a tsp. of EVOO, etc... there's a reason why you're given the points allowance you are, and it's not just to create a calorie deficit but also to keep your metabolism at a certain level. I personally believe it's ok to mix it up once in a while though to keep your metabolism guessing!
