Thanks for the welcome guys.

I've only been on the flex for less than a week now. I was on a low carb for two month and lost the first 13 lbs. Then went on flex and lost two more this week. I expect to regain a few pounds because I changed plans but I'll be okay. It is better than just quiting Right Ladies? I can't exercise at this point so I lose pretty slow. I'm looking for a buddy to converse with about the flex plan. Maybe someone my size. with a long journey ahead. But I would love to talk to any one who can help me understand this plan. I don't want to get off track and blow it all together.
