newbie w/ questions

I'm new to this forum and relatively new to WW. I've been going for about a month and a half, and I have a few questions I was hoping you guys might be able to answer.

I get the monthly pass, which comes with eTools. My last recorded weigh-in is still my first weigh-in, even though I've weighed in almost every week since Oct. 1. Are we supposed to enter our own info, or are my meeting weigh-ins supposed to show up on eTools?

Also, my meeting leader mentioned something about a change to the system that's going to be released at the beginning of December. Does anyone know anything about this?

Jen,
Welcome this is a great place for support and inspiration!

You have to put your own weight in on the computer and it will create a graph for you.

They are being very secretive about the new program. My leader did tell us that we should study the core foods in preparation.

I guess we all have to wait until December.

I've been on WW for about a month now as well. I've also started working out; how do you calculate activity points?

maggie, are you doing WW online? there should be a tool on their site for calculating AP's. do you use the points finder slider or a points calculator to figure points for food?

i have the ww complete food companion book as well as the points calculator. i'm actually just doing ww on my own for now. there are very few meetings in my area and i'm a student so i'm on campus most days and cannot make it to the meetings. do you have to subscribe to ww online? or is the tool on the website for everyone to use?

i do WW on my own too. you have to subscibe to the WW site to use the tools. but lots of times you can get a free one week subscription. if you do that, you can shop at their store and get the points calculator that also does activities points. if they aren't doing the free trial now, go on ebay and look for one

You can probably also find one for free online. I know WW is pretty protective of their points system, but I was able to get an iPhone app that calculates points. I assume there are similar activity calculators out there.
