I haven't posted here since before the summer and even though I've been maintaining, the biggest thing that helped me stay on track was being here with you gals (and guys). I'm sure the group that's here now is just as great as the one that I left several months ago, and hopefully some of them are still around and haven't disappeared like I did?
Anyway, I'm Sam, and from January 2008 - May 2008 I lost 20 pounds doing WW Flex after struggling through my teenage years with just that little bit of extra chub that I could never seem to shift. I started at 171 and am currently sitting at about 148. I've been really slacking off lately and need something - hopefully this forum! - to remind my of my commitment to the plan.
I hope everyone is doing well and are all set for a great on-plan week. Hopefully I can get back into regularly posting and gain some inspiration from all of you.
