Default Um... Hi. :)
Hi guys!

I haven't posted here since before the summer and even though I've been maintaining, the biggest thing that helped me stay on track was being here with you gals (and guys). I'm sure the group that's here now is just as great as the one that I left several months ago, and hopefully some of them are still around and haven't disappeared like I did?

Anyway, I'm Sam, and from January 2008 - May 2008 I lost 20 pounds doing WW Flex after struggling through my teenage years with just that little bit of extra chub that I could never seem to shift. I started at 171 and am currently sitting at about 148. I've been really slacking off lately and need something - hopefully this forum! - to remind my of my commitment to the plan.

I hope everyone is doing well and are all set for a great on-plan week. Hopefully I can get back into regularly posting and gain some inspiration from all of you.

Suite! So good to see you! And you're doing great!

This summer was brutal - I managed to feel so guilty about what I was eating, but in the long run, it really proved how much doing the Flex plan changed my frame of mind. Despite being literally off plan and rarely keeping track for nearly 3 months, I did manage to maintain because I was making better choices and eating smaller portions naturally. Phew!

Glad to see you are still around!

Yep, I am still around, moving slowly as always but moving in the right direction nonetheless. There are a few others you'll remember from the summer who are still around, and plenty of awesome new people to meet too

I've actually just started on Core so I'm not usually around Flex much anymore but I wanted to say hi to you! I am glad to hear you have been able to feel like you are making healthy choices even when you aren't counting points, that must feel great!

Hey there! I remember you! I've been MIA this summer too. Things have finally slowed a bit in my outside activities, so I've been lingering online again. I'd like to lose another 6-8lbs so maybe we can kick each other in the butt!
