Smile Good news Fellow Flexers!

As you all know, if you have been following up on my posts, I have been struggling the past month or so with the scales!! Anyways - Today I went to the mall with my friend and was hoping for a new pair of jeans, WELL - I have a certain brand I always wear, and i decided since none were in my size, I would try a size smaller, AND THEY FIT! I didnt even have to dance to get into them, they fit excellent! I got brave and tried once size smaller than those ones, and they ALMOST fit (had to do a little dance to get into them, so I will wait) BUT, isn't that exciting? Even though the scale isnt showing much improvement, I Went down one whole size (almost 2) so we'll say 1 and a half since September 6th, which is like 8 weeks, thats pretty good, I think! Thought I'd let you know!! TGIF tomorrow everyone - hope your day goes great!!

Good for you! One of my favorite moments when eating healthier, is to try on a smaller size - just to see if it fits, and it does! I just started WW this week. I'm looking forward to a "feel good" moment!

That is exciting! I have a pair in my closet that I try on every week. At first I couldn't get them over my thighs and now they're a few inches from zipping. I seem to lose an inch around my waist every week no matter what the scale says!
I'm sure you'll be in that next size before you know it!
