New to WW and Flex Points

  • Coming in here to say Hi! I am new to WW as of today, had my very first meeting and am looking forward to losing on WW. I have already lost 33 pounds (was down 38 but have gained 5 back over the summer) doing the low calorie and exercise, but want to try a different avenue as I have not lost anything over the summer. I am doing the at work program so thankfully I have a network of friends/co-workers that can also be a great support system. Anyway, I look forward to taking part in this great section of 3FC.

  • Thank you so much Jane! I'm looking forward to receiving support and also giving back! Yes, that is me in the race! That is my first and only (so far) 5k. That was one of my goals this summer before I turned 30. I completed that race 1 month before my 30th.

  • My 1st week on WW and I lost 5.4 pounds!! I am stoked! I am hoping that most of that was not water weight as I have already been eating "properly" and exercising for the last year. I know the numbers will fall back to normal rates, but am very happy with this number! (BTW - wearing the same outfit so I know I can't blame it on the clothes either! )
