Good morning ladies! Boy was I exhausted last night! I went to bed just after 9pm. Guess I should start getting used to that :)
Jaime - Nope, the trip is still on! It just means no roller coasters or anything like that. There isn't actually a WHOLE lot of rides I can't go on. But of course they are all the BEST rides  Congrats on your new place! Magz - I haven't been journaling or counting points for a while now (a couple of months) but I've still been able to maintain just fine. I'm just planning on continuing on like I have been and adding the extra 300 calories a day. :welcome2: Krysydawn! |
Magz - Yay for being OP! :D
Krysydawn - I hear that a lot about the WW boards. I hear some people are less than friendly over there too. We are always happy to have new converts :D Jump on in and start posting where ever you feel comfortable! Mod - Hm, I go to bed just after 9pm and I'm not pregnant  Well, we got our kitchen totally unpacked last night, thankfully. Most of the bedroom is unpacked as well. The office and the living room - total disaster areas. Our kitties decided to make an appearance last night, and one of them (Thor) actually hung out for quite a while. He's the more well-adjusted of the two, so that's not too surprising. His brother Loki came out long enough to use the litter and get a couple pets, then ran back under the sofa chair... :p Stepped on the scale this morning out of curiosity and boy, moving does NOT do good things to me. I'm showing +3lbs since Saturday! But I'm sure a lot of that is water - ate out all weekend and my muscles are still sore and probably holding water from the move. I'm back on track today now that I'm feeling better and have my kitchen back. :D  Have a good day everyone! |
Krysydawn - Oh yes, I NEVER go on the WW.com boards for that very reason!
Jaime - Well I normally don't go to bed until 10:30 or so. Sometime around 8:15 or 8:30 last night I was SO exhausted that I felt like I was just going to pass out! So thats REALLY early for me ;) I love your kitty names! I'm sure that it is just water weight. Remember to keep drinking your water and if you need to eat out (although you shouldn't now because your kitchen is unpacked, right?), just try to make healthy choices. |
Good morning guys!!
Mod -- gosh I wish I had some kind of advice for the preggers thing, but i have no idea. I'm sure if I ever get there, I'll feel totally overwhelmed with competing theories about the best thing to do. Good luck sorting through it, and I"m sure the boards here will help!! Meaghan -- phew, 12 hours a day? I used to nanny, and yesterday I spent the day with the kids, filling in while their new nanny is out. Maaaaaan, they wiped me OUT. How many do you take care of? How old? Jaime -- good for you on the move!! I have to get on that in the next few days, and haven't even begun to pack... Krysy -- so weird about those WW sites, isn't it? I used to post there, years ago, before discovering 3FC, and thought they were fine. But now, in comparison to here, I just get such an unfriendly vibe. I can't figure out why that would be, but I'm glad I found a place over here! Welcome, by the wya!! Magz -- yay for staying in points!! earning 8 APs is A LOT!! good for you!! I'm on the job hunt today, feeling like a 27 year old adolescent, not sure what I want to do with my life and all that whiny jazz. I'm off to take a shower, and get started on the whole thing. Wish me luck! S |
Jaime, yay for an unpacked kitchen! :) I'm sure those 3 pounds aren't going to hang around long.
I would love to go to bed at 8:00 every night. I have to be at work at 4:00 am so I get up at 2:45 ish. Some nights I barely get 4 hours of sleep. Sometimes I tell everyone to live without me and go to bed when the boy does (he's 3) between 7:00 and 8:00. ;) |
Hi Hi Flexers
Mod – I read the Dark Tower Series a few years ago. I love it. I honestly believe it’s some of Stephen King’s best work. I’d never really been a fan of his, but he’s truly an amazing storyteller. And his fantasy is wonderful because it was something completely new. Something that didn’t just start in the world of elves & vampires. (Not that there’s anything wrong with either.) But this was just really new. BB – Hey, BB :D So glad you’re finding success on the Core program ^_^ Meagan – How funny! I’m moving to MA at the end of October. I don’t know how you do school & working 12 hour days. -_- Magz – Yay for being OP :yay: Geez, I try to get to bed at like 10:00 each night. I thought getting up at 5:00 in the morning was early ;p Jane – Chey – Lizzy – How cool that your roomie is following WW, too. That should at least help out around the apartment. It’s hard returning to “normal” ways after being so busy that you don’t eat so often. In the end, it can’t hurt to return to a couple of meetings. Hope the job hunt went well Suite – So glad you’re all moved!!!! I’m just about to move the fiancée & myself into a new apartment the second week of September. It’s daunting to think about moving again >_< But, at least we plan to be there for a few years. Krysydawn – Hi! Jump on in and tell us all about your day & how things are going! :) --- This weekend we’re going to a little family get-together for my “officially” new nephew. He’s going to be signed & sealed adopted by my sister & BIL this week and we’re having a little party to celebrate! He’s a sweetheart. I haven’t seen him in a couple of months, and I’m excited to be seeing him again. Getting my dress fitted this coming Saturday. (Hey that reminds me that I should shave… ) I don’t know if I mentioned before, but I was never really a gung-ho engagement ring person. I was more like “Well if I get one that’ll be nice, but I’m not going to be crying if I don’t.” So. Friday night the fiancée surprised me with a cute little dinner with flowers and all, and presented me with a ring. He couldn’t find one that he liked, so he went to a jeweler and had one made. It’s gorgeous and it has a little symbolism behind it, too! The ring: It’s got a center stone, and then curved down one side of the ring are 5 other diamonds which get progressively smaller as they go down. It is made to look like a comet with the center stone being the head & the last diamond being a hint of the tail. The other side of the ring is two lines weaved together. So the symbolism behind the ring is two people (the two weaved lines) traveling through time together forever (as a comet travels). This boy has got so many brownie points for this ring it’s ridiculous. The ring is just whimsical enough for me. Well, I’m off to doing actual work… Have splendid days everyone! :twirly: |
Yay for an adoption party! Congratulations to your sister and BIL!
OMG for real??!! I can’t believe he had a ring made. That’s awesome! Congratulations! It sounds absolutely beautiful :). |
Thank you, Magz! :)
I'm just having a ball of a week. I've posted this elsewhere on the boards, but ...101 lbs down. I finally crossed that 100 lb mark :yay: |
yay faerie!! what wonderful milestones to celebrate!!
|
:woohoo: Congrats Faerie! What an accomplishment! :woohoo:
|
Thank you Lizzy & Mod!
And hey Mod I love your baby ticker ^_^ Yay! --- Yesterday was a long day... but we got 1.5 hour lunch instead of our usual 45 minutes, so that was a nice perk, and today we all get to leave 2 hours early due to the holiday weekend. Sweeeet! ;) I decided to make the most of the extra time today and kick my butt back into exercising gear. I brought my workout clothes & my shoes and I'm going to have a relaxing time on the treadmill after work. No time limit... no pressure. Just getting back on the tread & watching a little whathaveyou on TV. Maybe a little pushing myself, but nothing drastic. Points thusfar have been going very well, but I know that as soon as I get back into the "move more" gear, I'll be feeling 1000x better. I wish you all a great start to a wonderful weekend! :hat: |
Thanks Faerie! Yeah, I've only read a little of Stephen King's work, but what I have read I've enjoyed a lot. I'm working on a graphic novel right now, Watchmen but I honestly haven't gotten too far because I have started reading pregnancy books
I need to get moving more as well. I really need to start getting back to the gym. It is only going to help me during the pregnancy. All I can do though for now (as far as the gym) is bike and walk, but anything is better than nothing. Have a great upcoming week and a half everyone! I am leaving for Disney on Tuesday and won't be back until the 10th! |
Oh I want to read Watchmen before the movie comes out, thanks for reminding me! Ha ha!
If we don't see you before you leave on Tuesday have a fabulous time at Disney!!! And come back with some great stories ^_^ |
Sonja - packing we left to the last minute too - we can pack in a day but dang if it doesn't take 3 weeks to put everything away again. I know how you feel with the perpetual adolescence, I am in the same boat (though not actively looking for a job, thinking about what I want to do next). I don't think it's necessarily a bad thing that we don't have direction, though. Just keeps life interesting :)
Faerie - oooh, adoption party! dress fitting! engagement ring! 101 pounds!! so much excitement. The ring sounds beautiful, I love the symbolism! and you totally kick butt, 100+ lbs is just mind-bogglingly amazing. Mod - I hear that swimming is fantastic for pregnancy. It works your ab muscles very effectively which allows for an easier labor. It's also so low-impact. But this is all hearsay, I have no personal experience there! Have a great time at Disney! So apparently I am hosting a Risk party this weekend. (Not much of a party, just a gathering to play Risk.) Our meetup for last night got cancelled, so we are rescheduling for Monday, which of course is a holiday and I don't think our little local coffee shop where we last met will be opened on a holiday. So I offered to host the two who we met last week... then one of them said that he would invite a couple of his coworkers. Sooo... four people is turning into six, which is mostly problematic because we only have 5 chairs :p I have never hosted anything in my LIFE, so I have no idea what to do - I know we need to clean up the apt, that's for sure! But as for having snacks and drinks around? No clue what is expected of me! Eek! Count me in with the "exercise has fallen by the wayside" crew. I think it's been a week and half since I last went running, but I've been moving and now apparently am sick so I guess I should go easy on myself. Next week, assuming I am all healed up, I will restart the running - I definitely miss it. Any plans for the long weekend? I am baking myself a birthday cake tomorrow and will either go bowling or go for a hike if the weather is nice. |
Suite - Yay for gaming parties!!! A lot of people tend to bring their own snacks or whatnot, but you will need enough chairs ;) Of course, more traditionally, "hosting" is just that, so feel free to have a few snacks around. They don't have to be chips & dips. Even just a Veggie & Fruit Platter would be something for people to munch on. Maybe a couple of soda options, too. If it turns into a regular hosting, there's nothing wrong in asking different people to bring the soda & snacks each time. No need to make dinner or anything fancy unless you really want to, though!
|
Jaime - I wish my husband liked board games! :( Oh well. Actually, swimming is OK when pregnant, but you aren't supposed to do it regulary (like more than once or twice a week) if it is in a chlorinated pool.
Faerie - I forgot to say CONGRATS on the adoption of your nephew and on the engagement ring! |
:) Thanks again Mod. (oops and Thanks Suite! (forgot to say thank you :o))
Yeah, the adoption was super officially complete as of yesterday. Can't wait to see the guy again and give him a huge hug. |
Mod - Huh, that makes sense about the chlorine! I just always saw pregnant people at the pool when I went to do aquafit. Walking and yoga works too :)
Faerie - Thanks for the suggestions. I think a fruit/veg tray would be perfect, then dump some Tostitos in a bowl :p Should be easy enough. I would love for it to become a regular thing, though I do have to figure out the chair situation! We really don't need another chair! I am listening to a little Led Zep and rocking out to work this morning :D For some reason I am feeling way happy and energetic today. I am not complaining! |
Suite - Folding chair. My dad used to host risk at our house in the basement. We had like 12 folding chairs that we kept down there. But one or two are a good thing to have, and are easily kept in a closet or storage out of the way.
|
hey girls,
just wanted to check in, not much to report. HOWEVER, if any of you get Planet Green, the new environmentally minded network from Discovery, check out Renovation Nation tonight -- my ex-boyfriend yet still good friend is going to be on it! We are currently trying to find friends who get that channel, so far, unsuccessfully :( Hope you all have excellent weekends! S |
I want to have a game night!!! I love to play games! We don't have room for hosting, but I've been known to get move furniture around to make room for gatherings lol. We own a metal folding chair and I make people bring their fold up lawn chair thingies ;).
I'm the opposite of some of you. I have the exercise thing down. Yesterday was the first day I've missed (other than scheduled days off) since I started going to the gym mid July. I worked late and couldn't go. The eating otoh...OY! We're not even talking about it LOL. |
lizzy - I wish I read your post sooner, I get that channel!
So my OB/GYN called on Wednesday and said she wanted me to come in 2 weeks for an appointment and an ultrasound. The nurse was supposed to call Thursday to set it up. She didn't. So I called Friday and set it up. The earliest she had was 4 weeks, and the ultrasound had to be on a different day. Now, DH wants to come and separate appointments will be hard for him to get off of work. More important to me though is that its not like the appoinement is a day or two off than suggested, its twice the time. Even after pointing out to the nurse that the doc said 2 weeks. So I ended up leaving a message for the doc to call me back about possibly getting an earlier appointment. I'll let you know how it goes. I leave for Disney early on Tuesday and I can't wait! We invited a friend down with us on Sat. and Sun but really he will be staying 3 nights. At first I thought it would be nice to have him, and I still do. But I'm kind of wishing we didn't because it would be nice to have the whole week together too. I'm not going to back out on him though, he already booked it and everything. I'm sure it will be fine, I'm just really looking forward to the time I do have alone with DH! |
Good Morning Ladies,
I'm fighting the blues. Actually, yesterday I was fighting the blues, but today is a new day and I woke up feeling fine. I hope I can keep it going. It's funny, I guess that when I went away for 2 months, I was running away from a lot of stress, about my relationship, my life in general. Being at camp really helped -- I was hardly stressed at all, at least not in this deep way. But surprisingly, all of my problems were still here, waiting for me, when I got back. And, food still doesn't solve those problems (just ask the pad thai i ordered last night)! And neither do cigarettes or wine. It saddens me that it took no time at all for me to sink back into my bad habits, my old patterns. I truly hope that today I can make a new start, again. I need to clean up the apt, I need to pack, I need to move! I feel concerned for a lot of things in my life right now, and I can only hope that things will even out, get balanced. Clearly, I need to work towards this, but I think I also need to have a bit of faith while I'm feeling low that it will all get better, that I am not looking at a life of debt, bad credit, and listless job-hunting. OK, so very little of my ramble has to do with food, but you all know how easily these sorts of struggles can translate into nasty eating habits. And yes, I have eaten some bad foods since I've been back, but more because I was able to over the summer, and I'm clinging to the belief that I can eat whatever I want, though now I sit around a whole lot more than I did at camp! So, the numbers on the scale might creep up a little, but I think I can handle the whole WW thing. Especially after I move. Which I will do this week. Then, I will find a job. I will look into PhD programs for 2009. Job job job.... Anyway -- mod -- sorry to hear about the doc. I hate dealing with the medical world. So overwhelming. Good luck with all that!! S |
Gooooooood Tuesday Morning, Lovely Flexers ;)
I hope it's a short week for most of you out there. Alas, I must work on Saturday to "make up" for the day off on Monday, so 'tis not a short week for me! Poo. Lizzy - So cool about the friend being on TV! Wish I got the channel to see. I hope the week turns out to be balanced and wonderful for you. Life is such a juggling act sometimes. Magz - I'm hoping to be in the group that "has the exercise down" shortly. I'm planning another treadmill session tonight! Whoot! Mod - Ack! Doctor troubles :( I hope you're able to get in an ultrasound sooner. You're right to be concerned, I mean... this is your baby afterall. So good luck getting a better appointment. :crossed: Suite - How'd Risk go??? --- So my eating this weekend was absolutely out of control. :censored: I realize that part of it is that I'm still at my parent's house. And it has all that residual bingy energy around it. I'm having to rely more on pre-packaged meals while I'm there and.. blah. Well, it's whatever way we can work it, right? No excuses! I'm worth more than food. And truly, it's not much longer until I move and start completely anew at the new apartment. At least there I know I'm in complete control of everything in that household. And I won't buy a ton of those snack foods "just because they're 2 points". *shakes it off* Today's a new day. All the best today, everyone!!! :goodvibes |
Magz - You are welcome to come play games with us :) Sure it's a long drive, but totally worth it!
Mod - You are en route to Disney now, hope you are excited! :D Sonja - I can see how that kind of a drastic environment change would throw you off. Funny how life just waits for you to come back, then springs everything back on you.... Good luck with your new start. I know you can do it! :) Faerie - Right there with you on the crazy weekend eating! Something must have been in the air! Risk was fun - though we ended up meeting at our usual coffee shop anyway after finding out it didn't close for the holiday, and the people that Keith was going to bring all backed out. So it was just the three of us, which was fun. I totally kicked their butts :p The weekend consisted primarily of birthday cake and cashews. I don't think I ate more than one or two real meals... Otherwise it was all snacking. Back to it today, though! For my birthday we went to the Amish unfinished furniture store and bought a couple of great bookcases, then spent the next couple days staining them a nice color. Our apartment is about 98% set up, which makes me happy :D Hope everyone has a good day. |
Back at it! finally! lol
Hi everyone! I don't think I will be able to catch up with all of you, lol |
Faerie~ Hope you had a good treadmill session! I get so bored lol.
It wasn’t a short week for me, but I do get time and a half pay for Monday. I’ll take it! Lol I get stuck in the “eh, it’s just 2 points for this snack” rut too. It’s so easy to go there! It’s crazy how 2 turns into 10+ so quickly. Don’t worry about the weekend. It’s a new week!!! Jaime~ Glad Risk night was fun! Great job kicking butt lol. Hi, Courtnie! I’ve had two good days lol. Today would have been a great day for some emotional eating. My 3 year old ran off at the library. As my 13 year old and I were looking for him I heard the elevator dinging. He loves to ride the elevator so I just knew he’d pushed the button and the doors were opening for him. Thankfully it was for a different family, but he was still gone. As we neared the stairs a very kind stranger was bringing Zach back up the stairs. He’d gotten halfway down the first flight! He had said he was ready to go…I looked up at his sister to tell her it was time to go, then back at him and he was gone. That surely deserves ice cream! |
I am getting a little frustrated with WW lately. Since I have been back to work for the new school year (3 weeks) I have lost only 1 pound (two on a good morning) and I am soooo frustrated because I have stuck to my points and I have been trying to do 30 minutes on the treadmill a day. What do some of you do when you hit a wall like that?
|
Quote:
you gotta keep going.... 1 pound over 3 weeks is still a loss. weight loss is not predictable. it's not linear and it's not comparable. are you taking your flex points? are you doing any resistance training? *************** I guess i should say hi :hi: I'm nessa i'm jumping in to this thread now. tonight is my first week weigh in and while I follow south beach diet foods I am now counting the points of said foods... and using etools online. here i be.... feeling like a fish out of water over in the south beach thread and like an intruder here.... sort of like i don't quite fit in eithe world. |
Riley -- I just keep going. some people try the Wendie plan, where you vary your points greatly from day to day, and say this is a great plateau buster. Others up the exercise. Check out WW for ideas for plateau busters.
Magz -- wow that must have been scary! Kids are exciting, huh? Courtnie -- welcome back! I've been off the past few days. Packing has me so overwhelmed and stressed out, and so I've been eating junk. I see a light at the end of the tunnel today, though. It's also going to be my first full day with no cigarettes, hopefully. That probably won't help with the WW, either. I think I need to start journaling again. |
Hi Nessa -- we were posting at the same time. Don't feel like an intruder! I did the same thing with SBD. Now I'm fully WW. Either way, keep on posting here, we welcome you!! I think I recognize you from that nutty interracial dating thread, too. I can promise that this board is much less hectic!

ha-ha yes that thread... oy vey... I've been beaching since May 2006 and lost about 70 pounds that way... now i see myself starting to move slowly to points and away from some of the concepts of south beach (full fat dressings were THE FIRST thing to go) and wondering what's going to happen further down the road for me... and it's hard, my life is heavily rooted in SBD not just dieting either... but my entire web domain is based on SBD.... |
Happy Wednesday!!!
Hey hey Flexy Ladies ;)
Suite - I love unfinished furniture. Sounds like you had a splendid birthday-fun weekend!!! :yay: I hope when I get to movin' that my apartment will be 98% set up that fast! Courtnie - Magz - A new week, indeed! And it's been going pretty good so far. Treadmilling in itself is repetitive. And yes,... boring. But, I play little games in my head like upping the MPH and the incline... Adjusting and paying attention to walking with my back straight.. moving my arms... Oh, and watching Charmed! Ha ha! I love watching Charmed re-runs... it gets me through the time. RileyOzzy - That is frustrating! Doing all that work and seeing only a small return on the scale. We can't let that drag us down. Think about what could be happening if you weren't following the plan... Think how easily it could be to gain instead of staying around the same or losing "only" a little. However, I think at this point you're safe to be honest & evaluate what you've been doing exactly. Are you using your Activity Points? If you're moving around a lot, you may want to consider adding them. Are you using all your weekly FP? You may wish to stagger them throughout the week. (Like the Wendie Plan.) And also, what foods are you eating? Lots of fruits, whole grains? I know that it can sometimes make a difference if we're eating "real" foods versus many boxed foods. Tell us about your daily routine & meals. Maybe we can point some things out. Lizzy - Good luck quitting the smoking habit! I think you're on the right track about journaling... especially since we all know the usual replacement when a person stops smoking. You can do this! I hope your moving goes smoothly. :) Nessa - Hey hey hey! :carrot: I'm so excited you're joining us! I like to think that having experience with more than one plan often helps people out... and others out. As you'll be able to give some tips about things that maybe we don't think about. Please don't feel like an intruder. The more the merrier. And I'm really happy you've chosen to hang out with our intimate little group. :D --- My day has been... well, quite a day. ;) Now that I've gotten back to my treadmilling, it's consumes my thought! I just wanna get back to it again! Just walking into the gym is refreshing.. the cool smell of stale sweat and hard work. Yeah. Love the gym. Gah! I just thought of something! When I quit work (at the end of the month) I won't have a gym anymore! *hyperventilates* Thank goodness for my yoga dvds, and my few workout videos. Still... I think I'm going to have to look for a treadmill for the new apartment. I haven't "yoga'd" in awhile... and another thread reminded me of how much I really enjoy it. Time to schedule that in, as well. On the wedding front: I'm about to send invitations out this week. I went in for my dress alterations, and it only needs the tiniest of fixings. The size 18 dress fits like a glove! Gosh here I am doing pretty much nothing... listening to Pandora.com and just blathering on... :blah: Anyway! Hope you gals have wonderous days! :grouphug: |
Magz - yikes! glad you found him safe.
rileyozzy - WeightWatchers hasn't really been working for me. But it is easy to follow - so I just keep going at it and hope that eventually it will work. ladybugnessa - welcome! Faerie - congrats on the dress and upcoming wedding! Yesterday wasn't as good as I wanted but today is a new day! So far I am off to a good start and have a nice lunch packed and nice dinner planned. Once I get back into the habit it will be much easier. All my blood tests came back normal so I am still frustrated as to why I seem to be having such a problem losing weight. So I made a doctor's appointment for next week to talk about my birth control... maybe it is time to try a new kind. I noticed a lot of the side effects of birth control are also symptoms of thyroid and since my blood work came back fine.... Last night was a really busy night... so busy I was grocery shopping at 9pm! While there though I was looking at their clearance stuff and they had Air Wick Scented Oils (for the plug ins) for 94 cents each! And it was my favourtie sent... I stocked up! LOL I am still so happy about my find... normally $5 each (4 for $10 at costco)... so yah for nice smelling house! I am also looking at a 'new' used car! It is a 1999 Ford Mustang Convertible but pretty much brand new... not even a butt print in the seat, 15,000 kms - parts of car still in packaging! I only learned to drive this past April and having been driving my Grandma's Gold Buick Century (she gave it to me) - so it would be fun to drive a Mustang! I am going to clean it up this weekend and try and sell it! I am pretty excited for that and hope it works out. phew that was a lot... hope everyone is enjoying wednesday! |
Oh my gosh! Hi everyone! I don't know if anyone remembers me, but I am back! I have been gone for so long, because I have been going through SO MANY changes....first graduating college, then moving into a new apartment with my roommate, then moving into my own apartment by myself, to not having internet. But I finally got internet today!
So with all of these changes, it has been REALLY hard for me to stay on track with my eating. And I have been getting virtually no excercise since I no longer have a gym or money to get a gym membership. I literally haven't worked out in a month. I walk a lot like usual (not really a choice since I don't have a car). I am hopefully going to get a bike soon and start biking a lot for excercise. I have been doing weight watchers since February, and the lowest weight I got down to was 211. It took me FOREVER to get to that weight, and unfortunately I have gone back up to 215. But now I am back on here! I am hoping I can stop my binging days and start working out more! |
Here's the #14 Thread: http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/showthread.php?t=150783

Welcome back Vday!! You know, IMHO, walking that just happens is better than parcelling out time for exercise. That's the way it SHOULD be, after all! None of this gyms and whatnot -- you lose because you move, and you move because you have to get somewhere! Anyway, glad to see you're back on these boards. You're not the only one who's been away for a while.
Courtnie -- yay for a convertible! I have one (VW Cabrio) and can't imagine going back to a regular car. Good luck with that purchase! Faerie -- that is so wonderful about the dress fitting! As for the lack of gym, yikes, that's scary, but i'm sure you'll find ways to fit in the exercise. Nessa -- not sure what you mean about the web domain being based in SBD, but it certainly sounds like you've had some great success with that way of life. I think you'll find that that WOE melds quite well with WW. Can't wait to hear how it goes for you! Well, it's almost day's end and I haven't smoked. YAY!! Haven't eaten too well, but...well...ugh. I just don't wanna worry about it! My allergies are kicking my butt, and all i really want to do is gorge and lay on the couch. But, I have to pack up and move and all that...so much to do! |
