I unlocked the Advanced Step in the aerobics section last night. I was actually out of breath at the end of the 6 minutes.

OMG! Our Wii arrived today and we hooked it up right away! We all just love it! The boxing is ok.. but the tennis is awesome! We played for 2 hours! Then we bowled and played golf. I can say that the tennis wore me out! My upper leg muscles are sore! :) I feel an addiction coming on!

Ours came last night!
We all figured out our Wii age (we are all OLD) and played bowling, boxing and tennis. We also did a bit on the Fit-- yoga, aerobics.... looks to be great fun!

LOL travelingmichelle :) I told the kids that I get it for an hour every night. After that if they want to play they can.

My butt cheeks are sore today!?! I didn't realize how much I actually worked out when I played tennis and bowling. I haven't figured out my Wii age yet - gonna do that tonight - it should be interesting.

Now - just need to find the Wii Fit and I will be set! LeeAnne is getting me excited about that. :)

Yikes... I am old! According to my Wii age that is.. lol

I think I am going to have to back off and build up slowly - today my arms, back, behind and legs just ache! Just like when I was a kid and got the bike out for the first time in the spring and rode it like mad that first day! I ache, but it is kinda a good feeling in a way. Lets me know I did something other than sit on my butt! :)

Hope to get the Wii Fit tonight. :) If they have one.

Just a note from my own xp:
I'm a gamer too. Personally, I have owned and used DDR, the original, for my PS2 a few years ago. I loved it! It really got me moving, my heart racing, and I loved the challenging my husband or brother/sister in laws to it! I actually got pretty good for awhile, although it's been so long, I'd probably be horrible now! If you happen to find DDR for the Wii, let me know how it is!

I own a stationary bike, which I typically ride to an episode or two of my fav sitcom, but I love to do different things, and I love video games too, so I say, great combination!

I have the Wii Fit and I think it is a lot of fun. It helps me exercise when otherwise I wouldn't.
