Trader Joes makes chocolates in little round tins called "The Chocolate Traveler." Inside the tin are little chocolate wedges that are only 1 point each. I eat them for a quick chocolate fix all the time. I hope you like them too!

I Have Ready A Lot Of Posts About Trader Joes, But I Don't Think We Have Them In Oklahoma. :(

I usually go with a smaller portion of dark chocolate, like Hershey's special dark, but I only like the bigger thicker bars, not the skinny ones, so I put the excess in a baggie, you can't eat too much of it anyway.

mini peppermint patties are 1 pt. each

My fave snack is a chocolate rice cake with peanut butter and fruit spread, tonight I sliced a banana on it, divine :D It's just a great combo, and now that peter pan has the whipped peanut butter again, it's not bad points wise and very satisfying.

we don't have trader joe's in northeast pa either, I did go to one when I was travelling, wish we had a closer one, same thing with Joe's crab shack, but it's probably a good thing there's not one of those closer!

best to all :sunny:

I'm in Canada as well, and all I can find WW is breads, bagels, etc....and at walmart they sell WW cereals....but all that other yummy stuff we dont have :(...except for Smart One frozen meals, lean cuisines (which have points on the side) and those little WW candies, one point per candy...I mean I love Canada, but all that yummy stuff that are in WW magazines, is so terrible that is does not cross the border!! We should make a petition, lol alot of Canada follows WW it only makes sense!!

A pint is 2 cups, and man, does that Snickers pie sound interesting! I've been meaning to make it, but haven't got around to it yet.

Hello there,
Have you tried the WW fudge pops. They are only 1 point each and they are like a whipped chocolate ice cream. A little pricey but well worth the money!!!
Kerrie:)

right now i'm loving swiss miss diet hot chocolate. it's made with splenda and only has 25 calories a serving. I top it with a 1/4 cup aerosol whipped cream and it's one point (i think... maybe 2)

these are some great chocolate ideas!

fat free milk mixed with 1 packet of either diet or no sugar added hot cocoa

or

fat free milk with either of the above in a blender with splenda, sugar free choc syrup and a banana

Try looking on Walden Foods website. They have your chocolate..should be 0, yes 0 pts. They also have lots of dressings and a good carmel sauce that should also be 0 pts.

Almost all of their items have 0 fat, 0 carbs, 0 cholest and 0 sodium, without the 0 taste. I even bought their peanut butter, rasp jelly and pancake syrup. I haven't tried those yet, but I can let you know!

I dunno JennyG, I'm in the States where WW products are abundant, and I'm really not impressed with most of it. Not having the products isn't much of a loss. IMHO, many of the products taste like chemicals and are the equivalent of (or worse than) other diet foods in terms of points content/flavor. Worst of all, all of it is very expensive.

I'm doing quite well with either smaller portions of "real" food" or other low-fat/low-cal/whatever foods (even supermarket brands). Carrying my points slider around the market does the trick for me in helping me find low-point alternatives. Sorry if I've offended anyone who likes the stuff (and some of the product line is alright), but I just think a lot of it is a waste of money.

Hi - a few things I have are:

Drink - 1/2 coffee, 1/2 hot chocolate

Handful of chocolate chips used for baking

Melted fugsicle mixed with scoop coolwhip & tablespoon peanut butter

L/f brownie mix with pumpkin baked into 12 muffins.

Hope this helps.

I dont know if you have alpro soya in the u.s/canada but one pot of their dark chocolate dessert is only 1.5 points and it fills the chocolate gap while still being good for you and dairy free! or rolo desserts, 4 points for a pot of utter amazingness: toffee and melted chocolate all gooey and lovely... but once again i dont know if they do that outside ireland/uk. but theres so much stuff in america that you cant get over here, im so jealous!
