It amazes me too! I don't track my APs (mainly because I am too lazy to figure them out, hehe) and so only eat my flex points, but by the end of the week, I've usually eaten 40-45 of them. I think I've only had one week since January where I came in under 35! I almost feel like I shouldn't be losing, eating so much, but my choices have certainly changed, so even now my idea of having an indulgent snack is nothing compared to what it used to be!
I am the opposite of almost everyone here! I think each person needs to find out what works for them. For me, that means NOT eating all my flex and activity points in a week. I can usually get away with eating an extra 10 points in a week (be it AP or FP), but any more than that and I will not lose. It took me a long time to figure this out, but it is just how my body works.
mod.. I think I am going to be like that too. I am going with the idea of working AP (which I ignore now since I don't do too much yet) into my weight loss when I hit a plateau. I am walking a lot and this summer is going to be a killer at work with our move into a new elementary school so I am sure that any activity will boost any lose I am going to have.
