Default Lowpoint lunch idea

I did some pretty heavy dancing (about 2 1/2 hrs non-stop) and very little eating last night at a big fundraiser event for my job. I also didn't sit down from 4:30pm-9:30pm due to running prizes to winners and socializing with everyone. This morning I woke up starving and ended up binging on some leftover desserts

Therefore, I was searching the cupboards for some low point food options later in the day

I had a can of the Progresso 0pt Southwestern soup in the cupboard so I heated it up and added 7 baked tortilla scoop chips for 1pt. It was awesome and just what I needed to kick me back in gear! I actually crunched up the tortilla chips and added them to the soup. Viola! It was filling and added a little kick to my day plus it was something different that I hadn't tried before.

I love motivation for new foods. Now, I just have to have it more often!

Mmm...that sounds yummy...is it a really spicy soup, or does it just have a little zip to it?

I love their southwest soup!! It's a little spicy, but not overwhelming at all.

It was a bit spicy, but good. I like a little kick, but am not a fan of really hot stuff. I did realize however that if you eat the whole can it's actually 2pts - which still isn't bad. I had a 3pt lunch counting the chips. And I was very full.
