L: 2oz tritip & 1/2 c beans (5) S: 100 cal Pak (2) Thin slice pumpkin bread (3?) Haven't gotten to dinner yet, but my plan is D: 2 Meatloaf muffins (6), Spinach Salad w/LF Bals Ving (1) Green Beans (0) 20.5/28 I'm sure I'll snack away the remainder, or add in some potatoes at dinner...I'm yearning for a fudge bar |
