okay am i the only person that has big weight loss with each period, i average 1-2 lbs per week, but when i get my TOM i always lose between 5-6 lbs, like clockwork.
this happen to anyone else and is there something wrong lol .......... seriously
I usually have one week of a gain every month without fail and it's usually related to TOM. So I acknowledge it, know that I am on the right path and that it will come off the next week. Still a bit discouraging but it's a fact of life.
