The 180 mark that is!! I weighed in this morning at 179.4!!
I am thrilled as I have plataued/maintained for the last 6 months. I decided to "recommit" myself 2 weeks ago, and the scale is really moving. I haven't been at this weight since I was 16 years old. I am actually going to finish this weightloss journey I began over a year ago. I am so committed right now, I feel like I was when I first started WW. Even though I have been journaling for the past 6 months, I knew deep down that I wasn't being 100% honest and also I was not measuring my portions. So I am back to measuring everything!! And no more a little bite here won't hurt. I also was only working out about 1-2 times a week with a half hearted attitude. I am now working out about 6 times a week.
Anyway...thanks for listening to me. I'm on cloud nine today and I'm actually going to attend a WW meeting in the morning. It's been over 6 months!!
Congrats, Regina! That is an awesome feeling, I know, I was stuck in the 170s for about 4 months, just couldn't crack it, then came Jan. and we decided to recommit as you did and it worked, now I'm stuck around 165, but this a.m. I said to myself, you may be stuck here, but you can kiss those 170s goodbye! It was a nice NSV.
