Default Breaking a recipe down - Help!!!

I need help breaking a recipe down. It is a pizza dough recipe. I used to make it all of the time, and am craving it now....Here is the recipe,
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. water

It makes between 2 and 3 pizza crusts depending on how thin I role it. I'm thinking its not too bad, but not sure. I have no idea how to break it down into points. Can anyone help.

Thanks,

Dawn

I believe it's 9 points per cup of all-purpose white flour. There's nothing in the other ingredients, so the recipe is 18 total.

Say that makes 2 pizzas, each full pizza crust is 9 points.

If you cut each pizza in 8 pieces, each piece will have just over 1 point (I'd count one slice as 1, two as 2, and three as 4 due to the fraction remaining).

Thank you both for your help. Wow...that is really pretty good. Especially if i use the 0 pt veggies and low cal mozzerella.

We used to do Survivor night and homemade pizza....I guess we can still do that. Yeah.

Thanks again.
