Default new here + chicken question (fertility tx men)

Hi All,

I'm brand new and have a few questions. But first a little history, I'm 32, just under 5'3" (5'2.5" to be exact) and trying to lose about 10lbs. I have been doing fertility treatments for 2 years and all I managed to do was gain 20lbs! I'd like to lose 10-12lbs before I do another cycle. I'm 133lbs now.

Quick question regarding chicken. I make a lot cubed stir-fryed chicken. I use boneless chicken breasts and usually stirfry with PAM or another type of spray. I don't have scale yet, but does anyone have any idea how many points are in a cup of cubed chicken? I'm guessing 5-6 but I'm not sure.

Thanks for all your help!

Well, I think that what would fit into a cup is probably around 3 ounces of chicken, so I'd go with 3 points. I would suggest investing in a food scale so you can properly weigh your foods. I use mine every single day and it is a huge help!

If you know how much you're cutting into cubes it should be easy -- i.e. if you have 1 breast that you are going to use, that 1 breast is 3 pts.
