I just came up with this tonight, if anyone would like to try it. It's so simple, and would also make a great dip for veggies, I think!
5 oz. smoked salmon fillet, crumbled into
4 oz. cream cheese and
enough water to thin
1/2 tsp. minced garlic (the moist kind that comes in a jar)
1/2 tsp. dried dill
Splash of Worcestershire
By my calculations, this is 580 calories, 45 grams of protein, and 5 grams of carbs for the whole recipe. It will likely serve at least three, but I'll find out for sure once the hubby gets home!
